You may return merchandise for a refund of the item price anytime during that 14-day period. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Nawlins Vape LLC d/b/a Crescent City Vape d/b/a CrescentCityVape.com will ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS to any of the 50 states comprising the United States of America, US territories and to US Military addresses (APO/FPO). We will ship orders within ten (10) business days after receipt of your order, subject to availability. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal or local holidays. In the event that an item cannot ship within the standard deliver time, it will be treated as backordered. This means that you will be advised of the delay and will have the opportunity to cancel the order. Nawlins Vape LLC d/b/a Crescent City Vape d/b/a CrescentCityVape.com will ship most orders via USPS. This policy is subject to change at any time and without notice. Nawlins Vape LLC d/b/a Crescent City Vape d/b/a CrescentCityVape.com will determine the carrier to be used at their sole discretion.
Returns Policy
We greatly appreciate your business, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased through CrescentCityVape.com for any reason, you may return the item within fourteen (14) days from the date it was shipped to you. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, our Returns Policy EXCLUDES returns of cartridges, bottled e-liquid, drip tips, and used atomizers. With exceptions of those items, you may receive a full refund, excluding shipping cost, or a replacement item if available. The process is very simple and straightforward:
1. Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage or have been used in any way.
2. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item, or have a replacement sent out.
3. Ship the item (at your expense and through your choice of carrier) to the address with which you were provided on the original Packing List that was sent with your item.
4. Refunds will be issued by Nawlins Vape LLC d/b/a Crescent City Vape d/b/a CrescentCityVape.com when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving the items.
